Cassowary Tail feathers Photographed in Far North Queensland,the bird was sitting on the ground with it knees folded backwards like elbows , it makes an Incredible amplified thrumming noise like nothing I've ever heard before appearing to puff its self up and shaking the feathers. probably for mating im told!

Debbie spent most of her adult life working at Sea working on & with yachts, Time on remote Islands, and time sailing to atolls and the wild places in the world. Visiting a fair number Marinas and amazing city's and ports around the world. A sailor now living between the rain-forest and the Great Barrier Reef.
